Maintenance and on-call services for Telecom Paris plumbing and sanitary systems

Summary

Telecom Paris is procuring preventive and corrective maintenance, technical diagnostics and advice, minor improvement work, and round-the-clock on-call fault response for the plumbing and sanitary systems at its Palaiseau campus. The services cover the building’s water supply, hot-water systems, sanitary fixtures and related equipment. Preventive maintenance is to be performed weekly, and on-call coverage must be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week; a technician must arrive within two hours of an on-call request. The initial contract term is 12 months, with three possible automatic renewals. The maximum value is EUR 500,000 excluding VAT per 12-month period.
