The Plaine Commune framework agreement covers routine supplies and services for vehicle equipment across four lots: Lot 1 for consumables, spare parts and automotive mechanical assemblies for light and utilitarian vehicles; Lot 2 for heavy vehicles; Lot 3 for fluids and maintenance products; Lot 4 for original or OEM-equivalent consumables and mechanical assemblies for BUCHER MUNICIPAL cleaning equipment. Each lot is a separate contract object, with a four-year duration and specified minimum and maximum contract values. Price is the only award criterion.
