Animation, coordination and management of the Sammiellois Relais Petite Enfance

Summary

The tender concerns the animation, coordination and management of the Sammiellois Relais Petite Enfance (RPE). The contractor shall be responsible for informing and supporting families and childcare professionals, guiding and assisting professionals in home-based care, organizing awakening workshops, arranging professional exchanges, supporting professionals in their practice, informing private employers, contributing to the development of local childcare provision, and the administrative and statistical follow-up of the activity. The service is structured for a maximum of 17 hours 30 minutes per week (part-time based on a 35-hour week). The contract runs for an initial 12 months from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, with the possibility of two one-year renewals, for a maximum total duration of three years. Proposals will be evaluated with 60% technical value and 40% price. Proposals must be submitted electronically; required documents include a letter of candidature or DC1/equivalent, DC2/equivalent, references and proof of good performance, professional qualification certificates or equivalents, turnover for the last three years, bank or professional liability insurance, and details of human and material resources, CVs of personnel, and other documents demonstrating capacity.
