Maintenance of green spaces in Grenoble cemeteries

Summary

This tender concerns the provision of green space maintenance services at Grenoble cemeteries Saint-Roch and Grand Sablon under a framework agreement. The contract targets social inclusion structures; services are priced by unit and lump sums; estimated amounts are indicative and cover the entire renewal period. The aim is to keep the cemeteries’ green spaces in a constant state of cleanliness, functionality, and use under a results-based approach. Services include maintenance of inter-tomb areas and city-owned concessions, weed control, shrubs trimming, tree and vegetation removal, ivy management, and occasional additional works to maintain quality. A site visit is mandatory; the visit will take place on 13 October 2026 from 8:00 to 12:00. The contract duration is 12 months with three possible renewals; the maximum annual value is 170,000 EUR excluding VAT; total four-year value up to 680,000 EUR.
