Support for the creation and launch of a partner foundation at the University of Rouen Normandie

Summary

The tender concerns providing strategic and operational support to the University of Rouen Normandie in creating and launching a partner foundation. The supplier will assist with the strategic framing, legal structuring, governance design, and preparation of documents for the foundation’s creation, as well as the development of a fundraising strategy and mobilization of founders and partners. The work is organized into three successive phases: 1) prefiguration and fundraising (8 months), 2) legal formation and internal validations with creation dossier (6 months), and 3) preparation for the operational launch (6 months). The contractor will coordinate closely with the University, deliver governance documents, statutes, donor engagement materials, and a fundraising plan, and ensure the foundation is ready to operate after authorization.
