Elaboration of the Intercommunal Local Urban Plan (PLUI)

Summary

The tender concerns the elaboration of the Intercommunal Local Urban Plan (PLUI) for the Communauté de Communes du Pays d'Othe. The contractor will manage the PLUI development through its entire lifecycle, including project initiation, drafting, public consultation, and preparation of the required tender documents (CCTP, CCAP and annexes), as well as project management, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with applicable planning laws and CCPO planning principles.
