Summary

This procurement concerns the COPAMO information systems management framework agreement for 2027–2030. The contractor will assist COPAMO in selecting, deploying and implementing IT service management tools; supervise and maintain servers in operation; provide advisory and expertise to the IT service via email or telephone; perform necessary technical interventions on-site or remotely; and assist the member municipalities.
