Summary

The tender concerns insurance services for four lots: property damage and related risks insurance; civil liability and related risks insurance; fleet insurance and related risks; and legal protection insurance. The contract duration is 48 months and the services will be performed in Polignac, France. The award criteria are 60% technical merit and 40% price. The bidder must submit key documents: candidature letter and candidate declaration (DC1/DC2) in their latest versions or equivalents; declarations of economic and financial capacity for turnover related to the contract services over the last three financial years; declarations of technical capacity including average annual staff and management capacity over the last three years; references of similar contracts in progress; and attestations of professional liability and financial guarantees in line with the Insurance Code.
