Cleaning and maintenance of flat roofs and terraces

Summary

Contract for cleaning and maintenance of Fresnes municipal buildings' roofs. The first year includes an initial audit and preventive maintenance under the DPGF framework; in subsequent years, maintenance is performed on a call-off basis with pricing based on the DPGF for the initial audit and the BPU for maintenance, and unit prices for corrective work. The maximum annual value for corrective work is 100,000 EUR excluding VAT. The framework agreement lasts one year and can be renewed for up to three additional 12-month periods, subject to the city’s decision.
