Creation, development and maintenance of public spaces within the Lorient Agglomération territory

Summary

This tender concerns the creation, development and maintenance of public spaces within the Lorient Agglomération territory (including roads, networks and signage works) and Groix Island. It is a framework agreement with up to four contractors. The maximum value of the framework agreement is EUR 6,000,000 excluding VAT, and the duration is 48 months. The contract is awarded based on price (50%), technical merit (40%), and environmental performance (10%). Bids must include the DC1, DC2 and DC4 forms.
