Summary

Construction works for the extension of the Franche-Comté Institute of Engineers on the Bouloie Campus in Besançon. The project comprises earthworks and VRD and major building works, including wood-framed structures and roofing, foundations, waterproofing, interior joinery, tiling and floor finishes, sanitary installations, electrical works, and heating, ventilation and air conditioning with photovoltaic installation. The call requires 3-5 references of similar works in the last five years; qualification certificates recommended in the RC. Site visit is not mandatory but strongly advised. Lot 04 requires a mandatory variant for beetle-damaged wood. Variants are allowed for all lots. Lot 14 includes two PSE items: additional photovoltaic panels and air-handling units.
