Access provision and engagement of an owners' Web platform (rental and renovation of properties)

The tender concerns access provision and engagement of an owners' Web platform to support rental and renovation activities for properties in Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, France. Start date is approximately 16/11/2026. For Lot 1, deployment time of the platform is 4 months. The contract framework is a framework agreement, with two lots, executed via purchase orders. The award criteria are: technical value 50%, environmental performance 10%, price 40%.
