This procurement concerns a framework agreement for the supply of meal vouchers (restaurant tickets) for Cenon City employees. The objective is to provide a reliable, user-friendly meal voucher system (including dematerialized cards and, if needed, physical cards) with an online interface and support. The contract duration is 12 months with tacit renewal for up to three 12-month periods, for a maximum total value of €2,000,000 (excluding VAT). The initial annual value is up to €500,000.
