Raising awareness on the topic of disability in the workplace

Summary

This procurement concerns a framework agreement to provide awareness-raising training on disability topics at the workplace. The training is intended for staff who may work with colleagues with disabilities and covers nine modules including general disability, hearing impairment at work, intellectual disability at work, physical disabilities at work, psychological conditions at work, visual impairment at work, dys disorders at work, autism spectrum disorders at work, and neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer's, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's, dementia, Charcot's disease). The framework agreement is for services with an initial term of 12 months, renewable three times up to a total of four years. Bidders must demonstrate qualification to deliver training (for example QUALIOPI or an equivalent) or provide evidence of an ongoing application, and submit required bid documents such as an Act of Engagement (signed), a single financial document, and a Technical Memorandum/framework. The contract is divided into nine lots, each corresponding to a disability topic.
