Summary

- The tender concerns a framework agreement for regulatory controls services (Lot 2). - The contractor will perform regulatory measurements, provide regulatory assistance, conduct studies and advisory services, and organize information sessions on regulations. - It is a mono-attributaire framework contract; the total value range for the contract is EUR 150,000 to EUR 720,000 excluding VAT for the entire duration of the framework (including renewals). - The contract will be executed on the basis of orders issued under the Public Procurement Code R2162-2, paragraph 2. - Financing is provided by Semitan's own funds; payments are due within 45 days of receipt of invoices. - The tender submission deadline is 7 October 2026 at 12:00 local time.
