Summary

The tender concerns the selection of one or two investment service providers specialized in transition management, whose duties will include managing during transition periods one or more portfolios consisting of financial instruments or cash entrusted by FRR, and executing, and if necessary receiving and transmitting for execution during transition periods, buy or sell orders from asset managers. The transition periods are defined by FRR for carrying out major investment or divestment operations to establish a portfolio or to effect cash and/or financial instrument contributions or withdrawals in an existing portfolio.
