Summary

The tender concerns the supply of plumbing, sanitary, heating and roofing materials and equipment. It is a framework agreement consisting of two lots. Lot 1 covers the supply of plumbing, sanitary and heating equipment; Lot 2 covers roofing materials and equipment. The framework is a single-supplier arrangement with call-off orders, valid for 24 months with the possibility of extension on the same terms up to four years. Maximum contract values are: Lot 1 up to EUR 120,000 for two years and EUR 240,000 for four years; Lot 2 up to EUR 80,000 for two years and EUR 160,000 for four years. Deliveries will be made to the National Assembly buildings in Paris. Variants are not allowed; tender submission rules are stated in the tender documents. Electronic signing of the contract is not mandatory; the winner will be invited to submit an engagement act with an electronic signature.
