Landscaping works and maintenance of green spaces

Summary

COPAMO is conducting Lot 1 for an accord-cadre (framework agreement) for landscaping works and related services. The contract aims to develop and maintain public green spaces, including creation of plantings, earthworks, soil-particle mixes, landscaping installations, riverbank stabilization and renaturation, as well as finalisation and ongoing maintenance. The agreement duration is 48 months with a maximum order value of 800,000 EUR excluding VAT. Evaluation criteria are 70% for technical capacity and 30% for price. Tenderers must provide required financial and technical documentation and quality certifications (e.g., QualiPaysage or equivalent).
