Chatelet - Reconstruction of the Shopping Center and Services - Closed Site

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction of the CHATELET shopping center and services complex. The works are organized in two phases: the first phase covers the closed site (Clos couvert) and VRD spaces, the second phase covers secondary trades and technical lots. Each lot will be evaluated separately, and works are on a fixed-price basis. The call for competition will proceed in two company consultation phases. Location: Rouen, Seine-Maritime (FRD22).
