Digital infrastructure of the BVH Portal

Summary

The BVH Portal's digital infrastructure is being procured. The objective is to build a robust, interoperable and maintainable platform that enables access, search and reuse of patrimonial documents data. The procurement is divided into three lots: Lot 1 covers the portal's application backbone and data exposure services (API REST, IIIF, OAI, ARK); Lot 2 covers the BVH portal public interfaces (search, viewing and web display) with UX/UI and IIIF viewer integration; Lot 3 covers deployment, development and maintenance of a NumaHop platform – an open-source software for digitization project management.
