Summary

The contract concerns the acquisition of licences for the CRM application and third-party maintenance and evolutive maintenance (TMA/TME), including software maintenance (corrective, preventive and evolutive) and user support. The aim is to ensure service continuity for the On-Premise CRM solution hosted on BRGM's information system servers, to support operational deployment and user adoption (training and technical assistance), and to mobilize high-level expertise on the Efficy E-Deal CRM software to advise on evolutions or solutions to address issues.
