Summary

This restricted procurement concerns a design-and-build contract for studies and structural restoration works affecting part of Biarritz Municipal Casino, an approximately 15,000 m² building. The works address structural and waterproofing defects, including corrosion of columns and pillars, floor damage, infiltration and terrace waterproofing problems, particularly in the swimming-pool volume north of the covered passage. The scope also includes roof-slab reinforcement, waterproofing, insulation, repairs to the glass roof, swimming pools and related terrace adaptations, as well as the creation of zenithal lighting, smoke extraction and an additional emergency staircase with 2 escape units. A mandatory site visit is required; an offer from a candidate who has not attended will be declared irregular. This is the first, restricted phase for selecting candidates.
