Operation of the SIEOM du Groupement de Mer waste collection centres

Summary

The tender covers the operation of the SIEOM du Groupement de Mer waste collection centres, including the provision of skips and containers, waste removal, transport, treatment and recovery. It is divided into five lots: bulky waste, wood and cardboard, green waste and plaster; ferrous and non-ferrous metals; rubble; transport and treatment of green waste and rubble from specified sites; and hazardous waste from 10 collection centres. The services are planned to start on 1 January 2027. Lot 1 has an initial duration of 18 months and may be renewed twice for three months, up to 24 months in total. Lots 2–5 have an initial duration of 24 months and may be renewed twice for one year, up to 48 months in total. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 22 October 2026 at 12:00. Technical quality and price each account for 50% of the evaluation. Up to five lots may be submitted for and awarded to one tenderer. Electronic invoicing is required, while catalogue submission and variants are not permitted.
