Preventive and corrective maintenance of lifts and car lifts

Summary

The tender concerns preventive and corrective maintenance, new works and occasional services for lifts and car lifts at facilities operated by LPA, SPLM and GIE in the Lyon area. The contract is divided into five lots and uses mixed pricing: a fixed-price part and an on-demand part with no minimum order value and a lot-specific maximum value. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 30 September 2026 at 09:00 at the La Soie parking facility. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 15 October 2026 at 12:00. Up to five lots may be applied for, while a maximum of three lots may be awarded to one tenderer. The contract is planned to start on 1 February 2027, initially for 12 months, with up to four successive 12-month renewals. Electronic invoicing is required and variants are not permitted.
