Safety and health coordination services for works in the buildings of the Hérault Departmental Council

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for safety and health coordination services related to maintenance, major upkeep, major repairs and general building works in the buildings and properties of the Hérault Departmental Council. The framework agreement will be implemented through purchase orders and has two separately awarded lots: East Hérault and West Hérault. A bidder may submit for and be awarded a maximum of two lots. The maximum amount is EUR 160,000 per lot, including all possible renewal periods. The initial contract period is 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, with up to three renewals.
