Supply of pre-collection equipment for household and similar waste (6 lots)

Summary

Lorient Agglomération is procuring equipment for the pre-collection of household and similar waste under a four-year, single-supplier framework agreement divided into six lots. The lots cover underground, semi-underground and above-ground collection columns, bio-waste shelters, two- and four-wheel containers, and three-wheel bio-waste containers. The maximum values over four years are EUR 3,000,000 excluding VAT for lot 1, EUR 400,000 for lot 2, EUR 600,000 for lot 3, EUR 600,000 for lot 4, EUR 750,000 for lot 5 and EUR 50,000 for lot 6; there is no minimum commitment. A bidder may submit for one or more lots. Offers must be submitted electronically by 16 October 2026 at 12:00. The award criteria are technical value (50%), price (40%) and environmental performance (10%). The bidder must submit a compliant base offer; one optional variant per lot is allowed. The contract includes supply, delivery and, where specified, installation, training, technical documentation, warranties and spare-parts support.
