Maintenance, repair and improvement works for municipal roads

Summary

The tender concerns a single-supplier framework agreement with purchase orders for maintenance, repair and improvement works on municipal roads and related areas in Haut-Rhin. The scope includes road and pavement demolition and reconstruction, foundations, curbs and paving, asphalt works, drainage and sewerage repairs, trenching and ducts, street furniture, road structures and related transport, waste removal and as-built documentation. The framework has no minimum value and a maximum annual value of EUR 210,000 excluding VAT. It is planned to run from 2 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, with two possible one-year renewals and a maximum duration until 31 December 2029. Evaluation is based on technical quality at 50%, price at 40% and environmental performance at 10%.
