Supply and installation of columbaria and supply of columbarium kits for the cemeteries of Lille, Lomme and Hellemmes

Summary

The tender covers four lots for supplying and installing columbaria in the cemeteries of Lille, Lomme and Hellemmes, plus the supply and delivery of ready-to-assemble granite columbarium kits for Lille. Each lot is a single-supplier framework agreement with purchase orders, without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount per initial two-year period: EUR 77,000 excluding VAT for Lot 1, EUR 66,000 for Lot 2, EUR 44,000 for Lot 3 and EUR 77,000 for Lot 4. The framework agreement lasts two years and may be tacitly renewed once for a maximum total duration of four years. Offers must be submitted electronically by 2 October 2026 at 15:00. Variants and negotiations are not allowed, and offers must remain valid for 180 days.
