Road reconstruction and cycling and pedestrian route – Section 4: RT40 side lane and central shared-lane road

Summary

The tender concerns the reconstruction of road infrastructure and the construction of a cycling and pedestrian route from the Bastelicaccia roundabout to the grade-separated crossing of the RT40 near access to the road retention basin. The project is divided into three separately awarded lots: earthworks, structural and civil engineering, roads and utilities; asphalt surfacing; and street furniture and signage. The works will be carried out in southern Corsica and are planned to last 10 months. Bidders must provide exclusion declarations, financial and professional-capacity information, relevant references and details of available equipment. The tender must include a technical submission and an environmental waste-management plan. The deadline for tenders is 19 October 2026 at 16:00. Technical quality accounts for 25% of the evaluation, environmental quality for 5% and price for 70%.
