Technical inspections of light vehicles, utility vehicles and sanitary vehicles

Summary

The tender concerns periodic technical inspections of light vehicles, utility vehicles and sanitary vehicles managed by SDIS 35 and CD 35. It is a single-supplier framework agreement with call-off orders, divided into two lots: Noyal-Châtillon-sur-Seiche, with a total maximum of EUR 28,000 excluding VAT, and La Gouesnière, with a total maximum of EUR 16,000 excluding VAT. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots. The initial term is one year from 1 January 2027 or from the later notification date, with three possible one-year renewals and a maximum total term of four years. The services include periodic inspections, inspections of emergency and ambulance vehicles, possible vehicle transport between the inspection centre and the designated sites, and the preparation and delivery of inspection reports. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Mégalis platform by 23 October 2026 at 17:00 Paris time. They must be in French, or accompanied by a complete French translation, and priced in euros. Price accounts for 60 points, technical value for 30 points and sustainable-development efforts for 10 points. The contracting authority may negotiate with the three highest-ranked bidders.
