Summary

The tender covers the operation, maintenance and repair of heating, domestic hot-water, air-conditioning and various plumbing installations at sites of the Puy-de-Dôme Department and its fire and rescue service. It is divided into three lots: wall-mounted boilers, air-to-water heat pumps and district heating; gas radiant heaters and space heaters; and medium-capacity sites. The framework agreement will be performed through purchase orders, with unit and lump-sum prices. Each lot is awarded separately, but a bidder may be awarded no more than one lot and may submit bids for all three lots. The planned term is 12 months from 1 January 2027, with up to three renewals. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12 October 2026 at 12:00. Prices are revisable, invoicing is required, and an advance may be paid against a first-demand guarantee.
