Summary

The tender concerns mailing and routing services for the information and communication documents of the Seine-Saint-Denis Department, as well as outsourced mail management. It is divided into three lots, covering a reserved lot for documents produced by people in employment integration, general direct-mail and routing services, and outsourced bulk-mail management including registered or acknowledgment-of-receipt mail. The framework agreement may involve up to three operators and has a planned duration of 48 months from 31 December 2026. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 12 October 2026 at 12:00.
