Audit and verification of the maintenance of Île-de-France Mobilités' bus and coach fleet

Summary

Île-de-France Mobilités is procuring independent audits and inspections of the maintenance of its bus and coach fleet. The contract has two lots: Lot 1 covers annual audits of approximately half of the 49 public-service delegations, including maintenance organisation, processes, resources and a representative vehicle sample; Lot 2 covers vehicle inspections ordered as needed, up to approximately 500 buses and coaches per year across the 49 delegations. The framework agreement runs initially for 24 months and may be renewed once for a further 24 months, with a maximum total duration of 48 months. Lot 2 has no minimum value and a maximum value of EUR 500,000 excluding VAT per 24-month period. Offers must be submitted by 13 October 2026 at 12:00. Award criteria are weighted as follows: technical quality 45 points, human resources 10 points, price 40 points and environmental performance 5 points. Variants are not permitted. The supplier must provide qualified, stable audit teams, carry out field inspections throughout the Île-de-France region, prepare audit reports and recommendations, document non-compliances with photographs, and update vehicle data within 30 calendar days after each audit. The supplier must also meet the independence, confidentiality, employment, insurance and subcontractor requirements described in the tender documents.
