Supply and maintenance of workwear and personal protective equipment

Summary

The tender covers the supply of workwear and personal protective equipment, together with the maintenance of workwear. The services include marking and labelling, traceability, collection, washing, return, provision and exchange of items, handling anomalies, and reporting. The procurement has two lots: lot 1 covers workwear and PPE, with a maximum value of EUR 70,000 excluding VAT per year, while lot 2 covers maintenance services, with a maximum value of EUR 50,000 excluding VAT per year. Each lot has an initial 12-month term from 1 January 2027 and may be extended up to three times. The estimated total value is EUR 480,000.
