Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Fire Safety Systems and Firefighting Equipment at the Météopole Site
Summary
Météo-France is procuring preventive and corrective maintenance of fire safety systems and firefighting equipment at the Météopole site in Toulouse. The scope covers fire detection and alarm systems, automatic extinguishing systems, smoke extraction, emergency lighting, extinguishers, fire hydrants, dry risers and related equipment. Preventive maintenance is performed for a fixed annual price; corrective work is ordered under a single-supplier framework agreement with unit prices and a maximum value of EUR 120,000 excluding VAT. The initial term is 24 calendar months from 16 January 2027, or from later notification, with up to two 12-month extensions and an overall maximum term of 48 months. The submission deadline is 14 October 2026 at 12:00. A mandatory site visit must be attended on 22 or 29 September 2026 at 09:00, unless the bidder is the incumbent contractor. Bids are scored on price (45%), preventive-maintenance planning (25%), personnel and organisation (10%), maintenance methods and equipment (10%), and corporate social responsibility proposals (10%). The bidder must provide a French-language electronic tender, the financial schedule, a detailed technical memorandum, an environmental and social memorandum, and the site-visit certificate. The bidder must also maintain 24/7/365 corrective response capability and meet the specified response, temporary repair and final repair deadlines.
