Routine maintenance of structures for the Allier Department

Summary

The tender concerns routine maintenance of bridges, walls and other civil engineering structures managed by the Allier Department. The work includes cleaning drainage systems, bridge joints, supports, parapets, wall surfaces and water collection systems; removing debris, vegetation, sediment, posters and graffiti; and maintaining rockfall protection and other protective structures. The contract is planned to start on 1 January 2027, or upon notification if later, for an initial period of up to 12 months. It may be tacitly renewed three times, giving a maximum duration of 48 months. The maximum amount is EUR 500,000 excluding VAT per period, with an estimated total value of EUR 2,000,000. The contractor must provide the required access, safety signage, temporary works and other arrangements at its own expense. A social clause requires two insertion hours for each EUR 2,000 excluding VAT ordered. Offers must be submitted electronically by 15 October 2026 at 18:00.
