Study, expert, development and operation services for the shared multi-territory ELEN platform

Summary

The procurement covers services for the ELEN shared multi-territory platform in two lots: technical expertise and development of platform enhancements, and operation of the platform. The contract is planned for one year and may be tacitly renewed three times, for a maximum total duration of four years. The maximum value is EUR 2,800,000 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and EUR 700,000 excluding VAT for Lot 2. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 23 October 2026 at 12:00. Up to two lots may be submitted for and awarded to one bidder. Tenders will be evaluated on technical quality (55%), price (35%) and environmental performance (10%).
