Supply and delivery of workwear and personal protective equipment (PPE)

Summary

The tender concerns the supply and delivery of workwear and personal protective equipment for the City of Ajaccio. It is divided into three lots and is organised as a framework agreement implemented through purchase orders, with separate award for each lot and unit prices. Lot 1 covers technical workwear and specific accessories, with an annual minimum of EUR 5,000 excluding VAT and a maximum of EUR 35,000 excluding VAT. Lot 2 covers common clothing and accessories, with an annual minimum and maximum of EUR 10,000 and EUR 60,000 excluding VAT. Lot 3 covers safety shoes, clogs and boots, with the same annual minimum and maximum. The planned term is 12 months from 11 December 2026, with up to three renewals. The submission deadline is 13 October 2026 at 11:00. Electronic invoicing is required, prices are subject to revision and environmental performance conditions apply. An advance payment may be made against a first-demand guarantee or a joint and several personal guarantee.
