Summary

The tender covers the preparation and chilled-chain delivery of meals for Jouarre schools, the leisure centre, municipal staff and education staff. The service runs for one year from 1 January 2027 and may be renewed twice for one year, for a maximum total duration of three years. Deliveries must be made daily between 7:00 and 8:00 to the restaurant at Jehan de Brie School in Jouarre. Estimated volumes are approximately 310 meals per day during school periods, about 68 meals on Wednesdays and about 35 meals per operating day during school holidays; these quantities are estimates and do not guarantee any order volume. Tenderers must provide an eight-week consecutive menu cycle, complete the container description annex and carry out the mandatory site visit before submitting a tender. Tenders are evaluated on price (40%) and technical value (60%); technical value covers, among other things, organoleptic quality, menus and ingredients, logistics and hygiene.
