Framework agreement for the maintenance and repair of tractors and associated equipment of the Nord Department’s services, based on purchase orders – 5 lots

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for the maintenance and repair of tractors and associated equipment used by the road agencies of the Nord Department. It is divided into five lots, covering Dunkirk, Lille, Douai–Orchies–Denain, Cambrai and Avesnes-sur-Helpe. The agreement is concluded with one operator per lot and performed through purchase orders when a need arises. The initial term is 24 months, with one possible tacit renewal for a further 24 months. There is no minimum volume. The maximum values for 24 months are EUR 251,000 excluding VAT for lot 1, EUR 211,000 for lot 2, EUR 266,000 for lot 3, EUR 246,000 for lot 4 and EUR 276,000 for lot 5. Offers must be submitted electronically by 2 October 2026 at 16:30. The award criteria are price at 80%, technical value at 10% and environmental performance at 10%.
