Trambus T1 – Cucillé – administrative park – road development

Summary

Rennes Métropole is procuring road and public-realm works for the Trambus T1 project at Cucillé and the administrative park in Rennes. The procurement has four lots: earthworks, roads, retaining structures and stormwater management; stormwater and wastewater drainage; utility networks; and landscaping. The works are planned to start on 15 January 2027. Lot-specific durations are 22 months for Lot 1, 5 months for Lot 2, 8 months for Lot 3 and 40 months for Lot 4; the overall planned period is stated as 36 months. Tenders must be submitted by 12 October 2026 at 16:45 and remain valid for six months. The award criteria are price (40%), technical value (20% for Lot 1 and 25% for Lots 2–4), site organisation in relation to its surroundings (20%), and environmental performance (20% for Lot 1 and 15% for Lots 2–4). The base tender must comply fully with the specifications. An environmental variant is permitted only for Lot 1 and only for specified treated-base-layer items; a purely technical variant is not permitted. Electronic invoicing is required.
