Supply and implementation of meal vouchers

Summary

The tender concerns the supply and implementation of meal vouchers for the employees of Roannais Agglomeration, the City of Roanne and the Roanne Social Action Centre. The framework agreement will be implemented through purchase orders and unit prices, with an estimated value of EUR 1,600,000. It is intended for approximately 1,500–1,600 employees from 1 March 2027. The agreement has an initial 12-month term and may be renewed for up to three additional one-year periods. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 13 October 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation is based on technical quality (75%), a performance criterion (15%) and price (10%). Social and environmental contract performance conditions apply.
