Roofing and plumbing works, repairs and various adaptations in the buildings of the Val-de-Marne Department

Summary

The tender concerns roofing and plumbing works, repairs, restoration and various adaptations in the buildings of the Val-de-Marne Department and in holiday villages outside the department. The works may include roof coverings and panels, roof-supporting structures, building rainwater drainage, sanitary equipment, water distribution networks, plumbing pipes and insulation, and safety equipment for pitched roofs. The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers sites in Val-de-Marne and is a multi-supplier framework agreement for up to four operators; Lot 2 covers geographically remote sites in Savoie and Haute-Savoie and is a single-supplier framework agreement. Both lots may run for up to four years, including renewals. The annual contract amounts are EUR 120,000 excluding VAT minimum and EUR 10,000,000 excluding VAT maximum for Lot 1, and EUR 15,000 excluding VAT minimum and EUR 400,000 excluding VAT maximum for Lot 2. Applications and tenders must be submitted electronically in French by 28 September 2026 at 16:00. Evaluation is based on technical quality (60%), price (30%) and sustainable development actions (10%).
