Supply of fuel using fuel cards and toll-road access badges

Summary

The tender covers the supply of fuel and other fluids to the vehicles of the Département de la Drôme using fuel cards, as well as the supply and management of toll-road access badges. The toll-road service is divided into two lots for light vehicles and heavy goods vehicles; the first lot concerns fuel and related services. The framework agreement is planned to start on 1 January 2027 and last 48 months, with up to three extensions. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 12 October 2026 at 11:00. Variants are not permitted, and a bidder may submit for and be awarded up to three lots. The tender must comply with the technical requirements set out in the tender documents and with the electronic invoicing requirement.
