Framework agreement for event support services and the rental of marquees, equipment and furniture

Summary

The procurement covers a four-lot framework agreement for event-related support services and for the rental, delivery, installation and dismantling of marquees, audiovisual equipment, furniture and other event equipment. One contractor will be appointed for each lot, and the framework agreement will be implemented through both purchase orders and subsequent contracts. The estimated total value is EUR 2,170,000. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 15 October 2026 at 16:30. The award criteria are price at 60%, technical value at 30% and environmental value at 10%. Each lot is planned for an initial 12-month term and may be renewed three times for 12 months. A tenderer may submit for and be awarded all four lots.
