Summary

The tender concerns the supply, sorting, packaging and delivery of daily and weekly French and foreign newspapers and periodicals in Paris and the Île-de-France region for units of the French Ministry of Defence. The service covers sourcing publications, managing orders, changing delivery addresses or quantities, handling complaints, invoicing and delivery to multiple locations, including requirements to deliver some consignments before 6:30, 7:30 or 8:00 a.m. This is a framework agreement with a maximum value of EUR 1,600,000; the planned performance period is from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2031.
