Summary

The tender concerns horizontal road marking works on the expressways and in the tunnels of the Lyon Metropolitan Area under a framework agreement. The works include, among other things, pre-marking, removal of existing markings, and application of temporary or permanent white and yellow marking products, including edge and centre lines, arrows, bicycle markings, zebra markings, stop lines and pedestrian crossings. The framework agreement will be awarded to a single contractor for two years and may be extended once for a further two years. The minimum value for the initial period is EUR 250,000 and the maximum value is EUR 800,000 excluding VAT; the same amounts apply to the extension period. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 16 October 2026 at 17:00. Social and employment-related as well as environmental contract performance conditions apply.
