Transport of Syctom’s residual household waste

Summary

The tender concerns the transport of residual household waste from Syctom waste treatment centres to other Syctom centres or, where necessary, external centres when the capacity of the originating energy-from-waste facility is insufficient. The service includes making moving-floor semi-trailers available and transporting the waste. This is a framework agreement with up to three contractors and no minimum quantity; the maximum is 175,000 tonnes during the initial one-year period and 700,000 tonnes over all periods combined. The agreement may be renewed three times for one year at a time. The tender submission deadline is 12 October 2026 at 12:00. Price carries 60% of the evaluation weighting, technical quality 20% and environmental quality 20%.
