Rental and maintenance of flat linen, professional uniforms and residents’ textiles

Summary

The procurement covers three lots: rental, renewal, maintenance and delivery of flat linen; provision, maintenance, renewal and delivery of professional uniforms for the establishment’s staff; and collection, marking, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, individually named packaging and return of residents’ personal textiles and textiles belonging to the establishment. The planned contract start date is 1 January 2027 and the duration is four years. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 15 October 2026 at 12:00. A tenderer may bid for up to three lots, and up to five service providers may be selected under the framework agreement. Electronic invoicing is required during contract performance.
