Supply of footwear and associated services

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of footwear and associated services in three lots. It is a framework agreement under which one supplier will be appointed for each lot, with annual minimum and maximum quantities set for each lot and each member of the purchasing group. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027 and may be renewed three times for 12-month periods in 2028, 2029 and 2030. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 13 October 2026 at 12:00. Variants are not allowed and the required samples must be submitted. Tenders will be evaluated on technical value (50%), price (40%) and environmental value (10%). The maximum framework agreement amount is EUR 5,230,000, and a tenderer may submit a tender for and be awarded up to three lots.
